Over seventy shoeboxes were kindly donated by our families as part of our Project Gambia Shoebox Appeal this year. This beats our previous total of fifty-six in 2017.
The Shoeboxes have now been loaded onto a container and en-route to Gambia by container ship. Yet again, the shoeboxes will bring a lot of joy to the children of Half Dye in Gambia who will receive the Christmas gifts.
We have also received a thank you letter from Bev Hodt who is the project lead for the charity (see below).
